it doesnt do anything before 1996. it only does obd2. it only has the connectors for certain things. maybe sofware will become available , i herd it was available before

I bet it will read some of the crossover GMs from 95. GM opted to use an ECM that worked in OBDI and OBDII formats, most commonly found in Buicks. If we saw running problems in the 95 Buicks you just needed to look at the connector at the ECM, if they were red, white, and blue it needed an ECU ;-)

if the vehicle communication is established, try 96 GM. there are not many differences.
